Kudoboard Demo

Kudoboard is an online replacement for the greeting card that’s passed around and signed. It’s perfect for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.

Creating a Kudoboard is simple. You add your recipient’s name, a title for the board, and you’re ready to get started.

You can select from a variety of backgrounds.

Once you find one you like, it’s time to add your content. You can add videos -- embedded from YouTube or uploaded directly from your device. You can add images from our GIF Library (integrated with GIPHY for virtually endless options). Or you can upload an image directly.

Once you’ve posted your content, you can make edits or delete it.

After adding all the content you want, you can schedule the board for delivery. You can send the board at any point by copying and pasting the link or by having Kudoboard email it to the recipient your behalf. You can also schedule the board for delivery in the future so that you can invite others to contribute before the recipient receives it.

Once you’ve scheduled your Kudoboard for delivery, you can begin inviting other users to contribute. You’ll see a few quick tips to ensure you get a great response rate, and then you continue on to the invitations page.

You can copy and paste the link and send it to potential contributors. You can invite people to contribute through facebook. Or you can have Kudoboard email contributors on your behalf.

Once you invite contributors, you’ll start to see the posts rolling in. You’ll get images, videos, messages, and GIFs. And as the board creator, you are able to move the content around to make sure it’s exactly where you want it for your recipient.

Kudoboard is desktop, tablet, and mobile friendly -- so you, your contributors, and your recipient can access the content on the platform that works best.

In addition to delivering the board online, you have the option to print the Kudoboard for your recipient. You can either download the printable poster, or we can print and ship Kudoboards anywhere in the continental United States.

After the delivery, you can leave the board open so that folks can still contribute or you can lock it so that no one else can add.

That’s about it for making a Kudoboard. Thanks so much, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
